Returning of Defective / Damaged Item:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please return it without any hesitation to us in proper packaging. Kindly include a note explaining the reason for the return, along with your order number, and send it to us via a reliable courier service or mail. Upon receiving the defective item, we will either send you a fresh replacement or refund the amount based on your preference. In your return note, please specify whether you prefer a replacement or a refund. This policy applies only to goods purchased from us. Any return of defective or damaged items must be done within 3 days from the date of receipt of the shipment to our working office:

Please Note:
The return courier charges incurred by you will be refunded into your account. The maximum courier refund amount is Rs 100/-. Please select an appropriate courier service for returning the product. If the return courier cost exceeds Rs 100/-, please contact our customer care support or send us an email regarding this, and we will arrange for our courier personnel to pick up the item or advise you on which courier service to use.

Our Order Policy:
As soon as your order is authorized for payment, you will receive an email confirmation. This will include your order number, which can be referenced later for checking the online status of your order.

Even if an order is confirmed, the price of the product may change if the supplier/publisher decides to alter the MRP of the product. In such cases, Knowledge Publishers & Distributors shall not be liable, and the customer will be responsible for any difference in price. For orders with more than 10 product quantities, shipping charges may apply on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Knowledge Publishers & Distributors management. In such scenarios, customers will be contacted and informed. For cancellations and refunds due to customer errors, charges of up to 7% on Debit Card/Net Banking transactions and up to 15% on Credit Card transactions off the total order value will be applied. For orders weighing more than 10 kgs, delivery will be made by Surface Mode, where the customer must collect the parcel from the depot. Customers will be informed about this in advance.
